Radiation Management Plans are now mandatory in NSW
Since 1 September 2026 every NSW dental practice with an X-ray machine must have a completed Radiation Management Plan. It is a condition of the practice's licence. The Radiation Compliance Kit (NSW) has the plan and the Quality Assurance Program already written; add your details and sign off. Read what the plan must cover. Every team member who works in or around the clinical area also needs induction on the plan, and the training is $99 a year for the whole practice.
