Cancellation and attendance policy

Onsite training, IPC reviews and other onsite engagements are covered by the letter of engagement signed before the booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, attendance expectations and payment terms are set out in that letter.

Online courses are purchased through our course platform and are subject to the terms and conditions accepted at checkout. Because course content is available in full on enrolment, refunds are not offered once a course has been started.

Speaking engagements are confirmed in writing with the host organisation, and the terms in that agreement apply.
